Q: Should I buy new furniture or have my existing furniture reupholstered?
A: The older, the better! Unfortunately, the quality of furniture on the market today just isn't the same as it was 30, 20, or even 10 years ago. If you have furniture you love but that has fallen out of style, or has just seen better days, your best option is to get it reupholstered! Reupholstering is also a responsible and environmentally friendly alternative.
Q: Is my furniture worth reupholstering?
A: If your furniture is well made and you like it (besides the fabric), reupholstering is for you! The foam cushions may need to be replaced (which will make a world of difference), and you may need new springs or other small parts. We guarantee that your furniture will look like new after we reupholster it!
Q: Do you charge for estimates, pick-up, or delivery?
A: No. All of our estimates, pick-up, and delivery services are completely FREE. No matter how far away you are, we would be more than happy to provide you with a convenient shop-at-home service, as well as pick-up and delivery upon completion!
Q: Can I have someone come to my home or business and give me an estimate?
A: If you can't make it out to either of our showrooms, we would be more than happy to come out and give you an on-site estimate. Our knowledgeable sales staff will bring samples for you to see under your own lighting, and would be happy to answer any questions!
Q: If I already own my own fabric, can you still reupholster my furniture?
Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also offer 12 months same as cash financing through Personal Finance Company LLC.
Q: How long will it take to complete my order?
A: We average a three-to-four week turnaround time. Obviously we try to complete your order as quickly as possible, but we will not compromise our quality and care. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your 'new' furniture!
